Nothing has officially launched the CMF Phone 2 Pro, the second smartphone under its sub-brand CMF. The new phone brings several upgrades over the CMF Phone 1, including a powerful triple camera setup, improved software, and design enhancements. CMF Phone 2 Pro Design and Display Upgrades
The CMF Phone 2 Pro is now slimmer and lighter than its predecessor, measuring 0.4 mm thinner and weighing 12 grams less. It also gets an improved IP64 rating, up from IP52, offering better protection against dust and splashes.
The display has grown slightly to 6.77 inches, compared to 6.67 inches on the CMF Phone 1, and now supports peak brightness of 3000 nits—a big jump from 2000 nits—making it easier to view in bright conditions. It also features durable Panda Glass protection for added screen resilience.
Triple Cameras and Battery Enhancements
One of the biggest upgrades in the CMF Phone 2 Pro is its triple rear camera setup. It includes a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera—a notable improvement over the previous 50MP + 2MP combination. The 16MP front camera remains unchanged for selfies and video calls.
In a welcome move, CMF includes a 33W fast charger in the box, while many brands are moving away from in-box charging accessories. A protective back case also comes bundled, adding extra value.
Performance and Software Improvements
The CMF Phone 2 Pro runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro, the same chipset as the CMF Phone 1, but with performance optimizations—offering a 10% faster CPU and 5% faster GPU. It now starts with 8GB of RAM, dropping the 6GB variant, and is available in 128GB and 256GB storage options. The phone also supports microSD expansion up to 2TB.
It runs on Nothing OS 3.2 based on Android 15, and software support has been extended to 3 years of Android OS updates and 6 years of security updates, doubling the previous update policy for security.
CMF Phone 2 Pro Price in India, Colors, and Accessories
The CMF Phone 2 Pro is priced in India at ₹18,999 for the 8GB/128GB model and ₹20,999 for the 8GB/256GB variant. It comes in four stylish color options: Orange, Light Green, Black, and White.
CMF is also offering a range of official accessories, including a universal cover, interchangeable camera lenses, a wallet attachment, kickstand, and a lanyard. The phone will be available starting May 5 via the Nothing India Store, Flipkart, and select offline retail stores.
