Nothing is known for its unique way of teasing products with mysterious hints. This time, the company has used its signature Pokémon image teaser to spark curiosity. The teaser features a Fire-type Pokémon, Arcanine, which has led to several guesses about the upcoming product.

The index number for Arcanine is 0059, and we recently spotted two Nothing model numbers, AO59 and AO59P, on India’s BIS certification website, hinting at an imminent launch. These numbers seem to match the teaser and are believed to represent two upcoming models: Nothing Phone (3) and Nothing Phone (3a). This guess is based on the model numbers of last year’s Nothing Phone (2a) and (2a) Plus, A142 and A142P, respectively.
Nothing’s official X accounts, Nothing Global and Nothing India, have shared additional hints about an upcoming device. Another post on X reveals design sketches of the new Nothing phone, labeled “WIP” (Work in Progress). The sketch appears to show the phone’s back panel, featuring the brand’s signature transparent design that reveals internal components. There is also speculation about a wireless charger inspired by Nothing’s design language. This accessory could debut alongside the Nothing Phone (3), which has been eagerly awaited since its predecessor launched in July 2023.
Nothing has plans to launch four phones this year: Nothing Phone (3), Nothing Phone (3a), Nothing Phone (3a) Plus, and one from its sub-brand, CMF Phone 2. The Nothing Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Plus are expected to feature significant camera upgrades, which adds to the excitement around these models. For now, we only have teasers and sketches, but more details are expected in the coming days as the company continues to share updates. Stay tuned, and we’ll keep you informed about the latest developments!
