Poco has officially confirmed the launch date for the Poco X7 series in India. The Poco X7 and Poco X7 Pro are set to debut on January 9 at 5:30 PM IST. The design and color options for the series were revealed recently.
Himanshu Tandon, Poco India’s country head, shared more details on X with the tagline “XCEED LIMITS.” Along with the launch date, he wrote, “Get ready to experience innovation like never before!” The official launch poster confirms that the Poco X7 Series will be available on Flipkart.
The tagline hints at powerful chipsets for seamless performance. The Poco X7 is expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, while the Poco X7 Pro may include the more advanced Dimensity 8400 Ultra chipset. Reports suggest the Poco X7 could be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 14 Pro, and the Poco X7 Pro might be a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4, set to launch in China on January 2.
There were rumors that the Poco X7 Neo would launch alongside the Poco X7 series. However, Poco India head Himanshu Tandon clarified in a tweet, saying, “No Neo this year.” This decision makes sense, as the Poco M7 Pro already shares similar hardware with the rumored Poco X7 Neo, eliminating the need for a separate launch this year.
