The Samsung Galaxy S25 Series continues to fuel speculation about its processor choice. Early reports suggested all models would feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. However, recent Geekbench listings revealed the Galaxy S25+ running on an Exynos 2500 chipset. Adding to the mystery, the standard Galaxy S25 was spotted on Geekbench with the Snapdragon 8 Elite, reviving the “Snapdragon-only S25 Series” rumors.

The international variant of the Samsung Galaxy S25, recently spotted on Geekbench, carries the model number SM-S931B and runs on the latest Android 15. The listing shows 12GB RAM, with benchmark scores of 2,986 in single-core and 9,355 in multi-core tests. While some other smartphones have achieved higher scores, the retail units of the Galaxy S25 may deliver improved performance.
